eXpand the eXperience
Expect the unexpected! eXpand the eXperience is an audience enrichment program that is meant to keep the excitement alive from the moment you enter the theater door with ongoing arts performances that are sure to take you by surprise. Originally funded by a grant from the Knight Arts Challenge and support from Wells Fargo, eXpand the eXperience invites local actors, dancers, singers, and musicians to perform in the lobby before the show and during the two main-stage intermissions. Designed to enhance collaboration among Philadelphia artists while challenging your expectations of the dance experience, eXpand the eXperience has engaged nearly 20 individual performers or ensembles from throughout the metropolitan area.
