Phoebe Jewitt, BalletX’s 2027 Choreographic Fellow, will premiere her new ballet at Summer Series 2027 under the mentorship of choreographer Loughlan Prior. The Choreographic Fellowship is made possible with generous support from the Wyncote Foundation, at the recommendation of David Haas.

Loughlan Prior

Described by Dance Aotearoa New Zealand as ‘a creative tour de force’, Loughlan Prior is an award winning choreographer and creative director. He is the Artistic Director of Lo|Co Arts and Choreographer in Residence at the Royal New Zealand Ballet. With an impressive portfolio of over forty works spanning stage, film and television, his passion for dance-storytelling is at the core of his creative practice.
