Artist Resources Choreographic Fellowship
Artists that submit to the Choreographic Fellowship will also be considered for BalletX’s Choreographic Incubator program. Incubators have the opportunity to work with the BalletX dancers for one week, allowing the company to learn more about the maker, how they engage and what drives them as choreographers. A stipend, round-trip transportation to Philadelphia, per diem, and accommodations are provided.
"It’s hard to put into words both my gratitude for—and my growth during—the 2025 BalletX Choreographic Fellowship. One of the rarest and most precious gifts—ample time—allowed me to experiment, play, and fully realize my concept. The opportunity to work with master dancemaker Marguerite Donlon elevated every stage of the process. I leave this fellowship more confident as a dancemaker and better equipped as an arts professional navigating the industry. I am profoundly grateful to BalletX for an experience that will continue to shape and uplift my career."
