Taught by former Pennsylvania Ballet Soloist dancer, James Ihde, Ballet Fitness is a challenging workout based on traditional ballet Barre exercises with an emphasis on conditioning. Build strength, improve balance and coordination, and increase your flexibility with Ballet Fitness – a fun and empowering workout no matter your age or experience level in this open class!

Class Pricing
  • Drop-In: $15
  • 10-Class Card: $140, Good for 6 Months 
  • 20-Class Card: $260, Good for 12 Months
  • Unlimited Monthly Card: $70, Good for 1 Month

Multi-Class and Unlimited Monthly Cards may be used for any Adult classes in BalletX’s schedule.

You can drop into all of BalletX’s classes – just show up and check in at reception!

To book your class in advance, scroll down to the available classes below, or click here to access your Account through BalletX’s online scheduling system, MINDBODY. Remember to download the MINDBODY app for easy mobile scheduling!

Casual, comfortable workout clothes and socks or ballet shoes/slippers.
