Join BalletX as you build your strength with this demanding class, taught by former Pennsylvania Ballet dancer James Ihde. Ballet Fitness is a form of cross training that incorporates classical ballet training into its exercises. This class is great for movers of all skill levels as it targets every part of the body and strengthens it as a whole.  Prepare to break a sweat and challenge your body every week as you grow stronger. No prior experience is necessary, just a willingness to work hard and a commitment to do your best.
