Designed and taught by Ron Wood, Movement Flow builds the core strength and body awareness necessary for executing some of the more dynamic practices of martial arts, hip hop dance, and movement culture. Basic fundamentals are rigorously taught in a safe and accepting manner promoting confidence and creativity. Exercises on the floor, against the wall, and with partners keep the class movements diverse and challenging, but in your movement range and pace. Wear comfortable clothes, come with an open mind, and be ready to have fun and work in this open class!
