Strength & Mobility Training Series with Itzkan Barbosa
Mondays, 5:30pm-6:30pm
Certified GYROKINESIS® instructor Itzkan Barbosa leads a rhythmic, flowing class focused on spinal mobility, joint health, and full-body integration. Mat- and chair-based and accessible to all levels.
Beginner Adult Ballet Series with Eli Alford
Mondays, 7:00pm-8:30pm
A traditional ballet class moving from barre to center, focused on foundational technique, artistic expression, and joyful movement. Beginner-friendly and open to all levels.
Intermediate Ballet Technique Series with Lanie Jackson
Wednesdays, 5:30pm-7:00pm
A classical ballet class focused on anatomy-informed technique, progressing from warm-up and barre to center. Designed for intermediate dancers with a basic knowledge and understanding of ballet.
Contemporary Ballet Phrase Work with Minori Sakita
Wednesdays, 7:15pm-8:45pm
A contemporary ballet class exploring repertory phrase work, beginning with a ballet-based warmup and moving into expressive phrases. Open to dancers with a basic ballet foundation.
Horton Series with Ashley Simpson
Thursdays, 5:30pm-7:00pm
An advanced beginner Horton class building on Intro Horton fundamentals, with a focus on laterals, angular turns, and progressing into traveling movement across the floor.
Intermediate Countertechnique Series with Eileen Kim
Thursdays, 7:15pm-8:45pm
A Countertechnique® contemporary technique class focused on strength, coordination, and efficient movement through dynamic phrasework. Open to dancers with prior dance training.
Sunday Morning Ballet with Savannah Green
Sundays, 10:30am-12:00pm
A ballet class focused on technique, musicality, and individual artistic expression, moving from barre to center. Designed for dancers with intermediate/beginner ballet experience.
