Gyrokinesis® with Itzkan Barbosa
April 6 - May 11 | Mondays, 5:30pm-6:30pm
Certified in the GYROKINESIS® and GYROTONIC® Methods, company dancer Itzkan Barbosa leads a dynamic mat and chair class using circular, spiraling, and wave-like movement coordinated with breath to mobilize the spine, improve joint articulation, and build functional strength. Suitable for all levels.
Beginner Adult Ballet with Eli Alford
April 6 - May 20 | Mondays, 6:45pm-8:15pm
This beginner-friendly class follows the structure of a traditional ballet class, starting with barre and moving into center, with a focus on basic technique, musicality, and opportunities for personal expression. All experience levels are welcome. Socks or ballet shoes recommended.

Countertechnique® with Eileen Kim
April 7 - May 19 | Tuesdays, 6:30pm-8:15pm
Countertechnique® is a contemporary technique class that stretches, strengthens, and coordinates the body while building stamina and efficiency of movement. Class includes recurring exercises to explore Countertechnique principles and dynamic movement combinations. Recommended for dancers with prior training.

Beginner Horton with Ashley Simpson
April 9 - May 21 | Thursdays, 5:30pm-7:00pm
This class explores the fundamentals of Horton technique through center work and across-the-floor progressions that build strength, flexibility, and coordination. Rooted in anatomically based movement, Horton challenges the body and mind. Recommended for dancers with prior dance training.
Ballet Technique with Lanie Jackson
April 11 - May 16 | Saturdays, 10:30am-12:00pm
This ballet class explores the mechanics of movement through the lens of anatomy and kinesiology, following a traditional class structure from warm-up and barre to center. Designed for dancers with basic ballet knowledge, but all levels are welcome. Socks or ballet shoes recommended.
Sunday Morning Ballet with Savannah Green
April 12 - May 17 | Sundays, 10:30am-12:00pm
This intermediate-beginner ballet class builds on foundational technique through barre and center combinations while encouraging musicality, individuality, and artistic expression. Socks or ballet shoes welcome.
Contemporary Ballet with Minori Sakita
April 12 - May 17 | Sundays, 12:30pm-2:00pm
This class begins with a ballet barre that expands beyond classical structure, exploring freedom in the upper body and groundedness in the legs, then progresses into center and contemporary ballet phrase work. Encourages creativity, play, and individuality. Open to all levels.
