Frequently Asked Questions
A virtual ballet or event is an online program that you access through your web browser. It may include a livestream performance, a pre-recorded program available during a specific window, or a special digital experience hosted by BalletX.
After purchasing your rental, you will receive a confirmation email with the subject line “Your BalletX Special Event Ticket Order Confirmation.”
Click the blue button in the email to access your performance. When prompted, enter your access code and agree to the terms of service.
Select “Start Watching” to begin. You can return and watch again anytime during your rental period.
For livestreams, we recommend logging in 10-15 minutes early.

This depends on the ballet or event type:
- On-demand ballets or events are available during a specific viewing window (for example, 72 hours or one week).
- Livestream ballets or events must be viewed at the scheduled date and time.
The availability window will be listed on the event page and in your confirmation email.
If the ballet or event is on-demand and within the viewing window, you may rewatch it as many times as you like during that period.
Livestream events may or may not include replay access. Please check the event details.
