We typically have four series per year (Fall, Spring, Mann Festival, and Summer), along with multiple community pop-ups and regional and national tours. In the 2023-2024 Season, we’re launching BalletX in the ‘Burbs with three performances at Bryn Mawr College in Bryn Mawr, PA on December 1-2. Click here to see all upcoming BalletX events!

BalletX has 5-show, 4-show 3-show, and 2-show subscriptions available. Subscriptions are the most affordable way to experience BalletX and come with great benefits, including priority seating, waived handling fees, free ticket exchanges, discounts on additional single tickets, and invites to exclusive events. Subscriptions can be purchased online or over the phone by calling the BalletX Box Office at 215-225-5389 x250.

From the main navigation on the BalletX website, hover over Season & Tickets and select the appropriate performance series. Scroll down to General Information and view the Travel Information section for more details. For assistance, contact the BalletX Box Office at [email protected] or 215-225-5389 x250.

Contact our Box Office at [email protected] or 215-225-5389 x250 to exchange your tickets. You will be charged the difference in cost between your current ticket and the ticket for the new show, and you will be charged an exchange fee of $2 per ticket. If you are exchanging your tickets day-of, you will be charged an exchange fee of $5 per ticket. Subscribers always get free exchanges…just another benefit of subscribing to a full season of world premiere dance!

Only BalletX subscribers may change their tickets into a different performance series (subject to availability). Subscribers may contact our Box Office at [email protected] or 215-225-5389 x250 to process an exchange. 

Contact our Box Office at [email protected] or 215-225-5389 x250 no later than the day after your missed performance. If there is availability in a different show in the same performance series, we will make our best efforts to transfer your tickets. You will be charged the difference in cost between your current ticket and the ticket for the new show, and you will be charged an additional transfer fee of $10 per ticket.

BalletX offers a $10 Student Rush for patrons with valid student ID. Student Rush tickets may be purchased at the box office starting one hour before the performance, and are subject to availability. Please bring your student ID to secure Rush tickets, and note that cash sales are preferred.

We encourage families to experience our performances! All patrons, including small children sitting on laps, must have a ticket to the performance, and all patrons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Performances are generally appropriate for ages 5+ at our theater venues and for all ages at our Festival at TD Pavilion at the Mann, as long as guests are not disruptive to other patrons’ enjoyment of the performance. BalletX Beyond is a virtual subscription to World Premiere ballet films, with unlimited access starting at $15.00 a month. Subscribe to watch your favorites over and over again! Learn more at www.Balletx.org/join-balletx-beyond.

Yes, we love our BalletX volunteers! Our volunteers help ensure the shows run as smoothly as possible. Volunteers assist with merchandise sales, ushering, and being a friendly face as guests arrive. To learn more, contact the BalletX Box Office at [email protected].
