Christine Cox
Christine Cox co-founded BalletX, Philadelphia’s premier contemporary ballet, with Matthew Neenan in 2005. Under her leadership as Artistic & Executive Director, the BalletX team has produced 150 world premiere ballets by over 80 renowned and emerging choreographers from around the world. Throughout her tenure, Cox has committed BalletX to expanding dance’s vocabulary for all audiences, promoting initiatives that make contemporary ballet accessible and welcoming.

Bella Dixon
Bella earned her BFA in Stage Management from University of Utah and has worked with companies including Cirque du Soleil, Ballet West and Ririe-Woodbury Dance Company. She also spent three seasons working on CBS’s Big Brother before relocating from Los Angeles to join BalletX in 2026.

Evan Kappelman
Evan graduated from Temple University with a BM & MM in Jazz Saxophone Performance. He worked for a music publishing company & as a freelance musician prior to joining BalletX in 2025.

Juliana Luber
Juliana graduated with her BFA in Musical Theatre from The University of the Arts in 2019. Her passion for storytelling and community has led her to opportunities supporting performing arts companies across the city, such as her work with the Philadelphia Women’s Theatre Festival. She is driven to form genuine connections, and advance the arts for all!

Victoria Mosca
Victoria graduated from University of Central Florida with a BS in English Education. She was a teacher for several years before transitioning into nonprofit administration and finance prior to joining BalletX in 2025.

Megan O'Donnell
Megan graduated from Drexel University with a BS in Film & Video. She has studied nonprofit management at LaSalle University and leadership training with Arts & Business Council and Young Involved Philadelphia.
