We typically have four series per year (Fall, BalletX in Bryn Mawr, Winter, and Summer) and the annual Festival at the Mann, alongside multiple community pop-ups and regional and national tours. Click here to see all upcoming BalletX events!

BalletX has 4-show, 3-show, and 2-show subscriptions available.  Your subscription unlocks a year of captivating dance performances and community engagement! Subscriptions are the most affordable way to experience BalletX and come with great benefits, including priority seating, waived handling fees, free ticket exchanges, behind-the-scenes content, and invites to exclusive events. Subscriptions can be purchased online or over the phone by calling the BalletX Box Office at 215-225-5389 x250.

From the main navigation on the BalletX website, hover over Season & Tickets and select the appropriate performance series. Scroll down to General Information and view the Travel Information section for more details. For assistance, contact the BalletX Box Office at [email protected] or 215-225-5389 x250.

If you arrive after the performance has begun, you will be seated at the first suitable break in the performance. This could be during an intermission or a designated late seating period.

Contact our Box Office at [email protected] or 215-225-5389 x250 to exchange your tickets. You will be charged the difference in cost between your current ticket and the ticket for the new show. Subscribers always get free exchanges…just another benefit of subscribing to a full season of world premiere dance!

Only BalletX subscribers may change their tickets into a different performance series (subject to availability). Subscribers may contact our Box Office at [email protected] or 215-225-5389 x250 to process an exchange. 

Contact our Box Office at [email protected] or 215-225-5389 x250 no later than the day after your missed performance. If there is availability in a different show in the same performance series, we will make our best efforts to transfer your tickets. You will be charged the difference in cost between your current ticket and the ticket for the new show, and you will be charged an additional transfer fee of $10 per ticket.

BalletX offers $25 Student tickets to patrons under the age of 21, or with valid student ID. Contact our Box Office at [email protected] or 215-225-5389 x250 if you have any questions.

Performances are generally appropriate for ages 5+ at our theater venues and for all ages at our Festival at TD Pavilion at the Mann. Young Xers is a community of supporters, young professionals, and arts enthusiasts ages 21-40 who are committed to BalletX’s mission of expanding the vocabulary of classical dance for all audiences.
