Dream Team

The Dance eXchange Dream Team is BalletX’s full-scholarship youth performance and mentorship program, created to nurture the next generation of artists and creative leaders.

Launched in 2018, the Dream Team invites students from BalletX’s Dance eXchange partner schools to continue their dance education through weekly after-school training with BalletX teaching artists.

Throughout the year, Dream Team members perform alongside BalletX company dancers at community events and pop-up performances across Philadelphia, gaining invaluable stage experience while building confidence, teamwork, and leadership. By creating meaningful connections with professional artists and expanding access to high-quality dance education, the Dream Team empowers young people, both on stage and beyond.
