The journey of a lone man into the world of surrealist artist Rene Magritte, encompassing skyscapes of bowler hats, apples, and windows where the dancers interact with what’s real, and not-so-real. Ochoa’s abstract and virtuosic movement creates what she calls “constructed chaos,” a compelling counterpart to Magritte’s canvas of mysterious poetic objects.

Press Reviews
"Witty sight gags and costumes abound, along with references to the nightmarish aspects of Surrealism."
THE PHILADELPHIA INQUIRER

"...a pop-y, playful, and fun dream..."
BROAD STREET REVIEW

"The visuals accentuate without dominating, adding to Ochoa’s prop-driven choreography of hats and umbrellas flipped from hand to hand, and enabling her to create moments of artistry that, in their own genre-based right, acknowledge a debt to her countryman [Magritte], while standing on the steady footing of her own contribution."
